Your racquet will be strung by only me every time on a state-of-the-art Prince 6000 constant-pull electronic stringing machine, using my exclusive ten-step process (see "My 10 Step Stringing Process" tab on left).

I am a high A level tennis player with over ten years of professional racquet stringing experience. Because your racquet will be strung on the finest stringing equipment available, by the same person each time, and by someone who is dedicated to excellence, you are guaranteed a consistent stringing result.

When you get your racquet strung by a local pro shop or tennis store, it is very rare that your racquet will be strung by the same person each time.

Moreover, few teaching pros and neighborhood stringers have invested in grand slam tournament caliber stringing equipment like I have.

All of this can lead to wildly inconsistent results in terms of how your newly strung racquet will play when it is returned to you. At Stringing by Jonathan, you (just like a world class tennis player) have a personal stringer working for you, which means you are guaranteed a consistent result.

To ensure this consistency, in addition to using the state-of-the-art Prince 6000 stringing machine, Stringing by Jonathan also uses a Swiss-made tennis computer known as the Beers ERT 300 (pictured below).

With the Beers ERT 300, I am able to thoroughly check every racquet that I string to make sure that the stringbed stiffness of the racquet measures the same as the previous time that I strung it. If the measurement does not match, the racquet is restrung.

Furthermore, I am an active member of the United States Racquet Stringers Association ("USRSA"). I follow all of the guidelines and stringing techniques promulgated by the USRSA, and I am closely tuned into any developments in string and racquet technology that may help your game.

In addition, unlike the local retailers and pro shops that focus on high volume racquet stringing, the focus of my service is on quality rather than quantity. I am able to spend extra time with each racquet that I string to ensure that the quality of the stringing is unmatched.

Most neighborhood stringers and teaching pros that string racquets will carry only a few strings that they dispense and install in a cookie cutter way for all tennis players.
